AboutKAYN Systems · Berlin

Two systems. One engine.

Most platforms treat recovery as a number on a wrist and training as a plan on a page. We built them as one thing.

The physical system

Structural strength, load, progression, and the training-load history that shapes what comes next. It moves with what the athlete can handle today.

The nervous system

Breathwork, down-regulation, and the state the athlete walked in with — woven through the session rather than bolted on at the end.

A different day should produce a different session.

Not the same one, slightly edited. That distinction is the whole product.

01How we build

Four rules we hold ourselves to.

An engine that rebuilds the session every day could drift. These are the reasons ours doesn't.

01Nothing in the dark

Every session states what shaped it: the coach's guidance, the movement assessment, the day's check-in. If we can't explain a decision on the screen, we don't ship it.

02The human outranks the engine

A coach's directive enters as a direct instruction and outranks everything else. Adaptation happens inside that intent, never around it.

03Rules in code, not in prompts

The focus lock, the area gates and the validator are enforced around the model, not requested of it. A session that breaks them never reaches the screen.

04Your data stays yours

This website loads no third-party scripts, fonts, analytics or embeds — nothing here talks to anyone but us.

02Who we build for

Anyone who trains seriously.

The same engine, shaped by who the athlete is and what their week actually looks like.

Competing athletes

Training that holds up against a real calendar and real conditions — including a hotel gym with two dumbbells.

Building strength

The same structured engine, without sport-specific shaping.

Coaches and academies

Coaching intent, scaled across a roster, without losing the individual athlete.

Adaptability with a spine.

The focus lock, the area gates and the validator run on every single session.
